Admin Assistant

An excellent company near Cerritos is looking for an Administrative Assistant who works well in a fast paced environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computer skills.
The Administrative Assistant responsibilities are to include, but not be limited to:

o Performing administrative and office support activities.
o Duties will include word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing and internet research.
o Enters data accurately from a variety of sources into a computer database.
o Coordinating RFQ and project information with sales team, vendors, factory and managers.
o Performing customer service task in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
o Assist in special projects as needed under PM's direction
o All other duties as assigned
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
Pay: $14 to $15.50ph
Skills and Qualifications

o Minimum 3+ years of administrative assistant experience
o Must be proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
o Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
o Ability to multi-task on regular basis
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Resourceful, initiative and must possess a professional and mature attitude

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
