This is an offline position. You will respond to customer inquiries via email correspondence not telephone. Business CS Specialists work in the business segment of the Company. They assist business customers with requests, questions and concerns through research and resolution regarding how to use phones and accessories, billing questions, rate plans, etc. They also make recommendations according to customer's needs on features, accessories, upgrades and rate plans.
Requirements:
previous call center experience
availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of call center operation
Previous sales, billing, collections and Excel experience preferred.
