As a Live Events Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the production team in organizing and executing various live events, such as concerts, festivals, and corporate events.
Duties:
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of all aspects of live events, including scheduling vendor cordination, and equipment rental - Set up and break down event spaces, including staging, lighting, sound, and other production elements - Assist with talent coordination, including managing artist schedules and ensuring they have everything they need for their performance - Provide on-site support during events, including assisting with crowd control, managing guest lists, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all aspects of the event are executed according to plan - Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and performers to ensure a successful event - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, and be willing to assist with any tasks as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in event production or a related field is required - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights and weekends - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Passion for live events and entertainment - Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the live events industry and grow their skills in event production.
