- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Assist in event planning and coordination - Manage office filing systems and maintain documents - Provide customer support via phone and email - Transcribe documents and correspondence - Support office management with various tasks - Handle medical receptionist duties if required - Operate office equipment including phone systems
