Dental Strategic Sales Manager Job Overview The Strategic Sales Manager is responsible for increasing case acceptance by working with doctors, treatment coordinators, operation managers, and regional managers.
This individual works with marketing, sales, and operations departments to develop and implement sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to train, motivate, and coach treatment coordinators to meet and exceed individual and team metrics.

Dental Operations Manager Qualifications Honesty and reliability A true desire to help others Excellent communication skills Willingness to learn Positivity and enthusiasm Dental Strategic Sales Manager Responsibilities and Duties You will be responsible for developing and managing a productive team of treatment coordinators in support with the regional managers You will demonstrate the ability to train, motivate, and coach doctors and treatment coordinators to meet and exceed their daily, weekly, and monthly goals You will also qualify sales opportunities, setting proper patient expectations and handling patient objections Demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of the dental procedures, dental insurance, and Dentrix Ascend Support regional managers with recruitment and train a highly performing sale team Understanding patient needs and motivators to assist with same day starts Engage with third party lenders to ensure approved patients are moving forward with their treatment Drive strategic engagement and KPIs for C-level executive Tracking and reporting KPIs for your team 60% travel in SoCal, 20% travel to AZ, and 20% Admin Other responsibilities as assigned Dental Strategic Sales Manager Education Bachelor's degree preferred Dental Strategic Sales Manager Experience At least 3 years of related experience preferred Benefits Dental Views offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, Supplemental Insurance, Vacation time, etc.
