This is a very dynamic role with the opportunity to get exposure and growth in many aspects of the business.
The ECommerce Assistant will support the marketing department's initiatives and help Managers with requests and approvals to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Assist with the brand's direct ecommerce business and website optimization.
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics Support Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars Contribute to department and seasonal planning meetings and provide new ideas and recommendations to further elevate the brand with PR and digital activities.
Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data Keep abreast of competitor campaigns and contribute relevant examples to generates new ideas and opportunities to grow the Company brand in the market Assist with planning and coordination of company meetings, events, trade shows and trade show materials needed Help the marketing team in updating product brochures, product information and sell sheets, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed for company's website, social media page, email promotions, and ads Collaborate with the e-commerce technical support to resolve errors when necessary Create and modify product listings on Shopify:
add photos, write product copy, proper pricing and inventory based on guidelines Assist Copywriter for weekly newsletters, social media captions, digital ads, and website blogs Other duties may be assigned Position Requirements:
Must have at least 2
years of Administrative Assistant or similar relevant experience Extensive software/computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, email, calendars, and general internet research Capable of presenting as well as implementing new ideas that contribute to the success of the company Experience using Google Programs (Sheets, Docs, Gdrive) Understanding of Shopify metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and cart abandonment rate Experience with ecommerce web site management Job Type:
