The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing payments, and helping customers with any inquiries or issues they may have.
This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Bi-linqual is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
