Inside Sales Assistant Control Valves

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting several locations and outside salesmen in field as needed.
Role and
Responsibilities:
Support five locations and multiple outside salesmen.
Manage various product lines of Safety & Control Valves.
Answer phone calls and emails offering valve solutions for customer's steam/process systems.
Quote Safety & Control valves.
Size valves using customer's process conditions.
Maintain Bill of Materials with the factory.
Process purchase orders from customers as well as to vendors.
Monitor orders through the shop to meet customer delivery dates.
Inventory control.
Support Valve repair shop by quoting and locating needed parts.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
PREFERRED BS DEGREE OR PREVIOUS CONTROL VALVE EXPERIENCE.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, MATHEMATICAL, ABILITY TO TROUBLESHOOT Job Type:
