Our Accounting Assistant plays a critical part in daily operations by maintaining the integrity of financial data, leveraging our ERP system to understand financial transactions and reporting, meeting critical reporting and project deadlines, and working with our vendors/customers to sustain positive cash flow while maintaining professional relationships.

Strong knowledge of accounting theory and practices, including Maintaining Accounts Payable and Billing Demonstrating appropriate judgment to resolve and report any discrepancies or missing information Coordinating with Customer Experience, Operations, and Sales to ensure customer billing is accurate and timely General Ledger Account and Bank Statement Reconciliation Preparing Journal Entries and Month End Close Analysis Provide Supporting Schedules during Annual Review/Audit Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, time management, problem solving, mathematical, and analytical skills A hunger to make a difference in a growing, changing, and fast-paced environment An ability to change directions based up priorities We want to hear from you! This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position in our Cerritos, California office.
Pay range for the position is $26.
44 to $31.
25 per hour.
Requirements The ideal candidate will not only meet the requirements of this position, but will also be looking to advance into their career through experience and mentoring.
To be considered for the position, candidates should have the following
Qualifications:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
