The individual provides technical field support, ensures GST best practices are being utilized, quality checks workmanship and installation, and reviews project scopes.
Job Requirements Supervises GST field service technicians Daily visits project sites to check on project and service teams Audits and observes project jobs to ensure quality and performance expectations are met Ensures that safety and all other regulations are met Acts as escalation point of contact for field questions, installation issues, etc.
Provides backup to the GST Team Lead Field team Solve technical issues involving the performance and status of AV and IT equipment Perform other field service duties and other related tasks Qualifications 3
years of related leadership and supervisor experience 5
years of related technology and installation jobs experience Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable with heights Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful) Proficient in Microsoft tools Compensation &
