5 Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description The primary responsibility for the Order Management Representative position is to enable a positive customer experience through the execution of the order fulfillment process.
Key activities include understanding and responding to the customer needs, processing orders, and order management.
Job Requirements:
Process customer orders with suppliers and distributors Review orders for compliance including pricing, terms, and delivery Manage backlog and open order reports in GST's system or customer portals Track, review, and follow up on quote log and open order activities Process and follow up on RMA's Follow up with customers in a timely manner Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high customer satisfaction Manage tactical day-to-day customer inquiries Assist sales team's efforts to respond, process, and document customer RFQ's Support order management Perform other customer service or business requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Two years of prior experience in business and/or sales Exceptional critical thinking skills, independent thinker and great team player Attention to detail Prior experience in data extraction and price quote preparation Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to deal with a rapid paced/multitasking fast growth environment is a must Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills with a rigorous customer service attitude is required Ability to remain flexible and can shift and adjust priorities quickly and efficiently Compensation &
