Job Description:
Troubleshoot & Repair PCs, desktops, AIO's, printers.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Assist with providing list of hardware components to replace.
Ability to do the hands on repair to fix end user devices:
Desktops, PCs, AIOs and printers.
Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail including work tasks, parts used, logging updates of resolutions and or next step details.
Work with end users and customers to review issues being reported remotely, over the phone and or in person.
Work with OEM vendors to check for parts list and hardware availability.
Coordinate with vendors and customer for timely turn around for repairs.
Provide timely communication via emails and or over the phone to co-workers, vendors, and customers.
Escalation for end user next Level support for any open issues that cannot be resolved.
Qualifications:
2 Years' minimum experience with IT Helpdesk support.
Associates Degree or Higher preferred, ( A
associate not required but recommended) Ability to troubleshoot hardware for all major OEMs:
HP, Dell, Lenovo, Intel.
Ability to work independently and manage conflicting time constraints Must have current California Driver's License & clean driving record.
Have knowledge and understanding of computer hardware repairs.
Good understanding of MS Office applications Be proficient in Windows Operation System use and Excel, Word.
Able to lift 40 lbs.
safely on a daily basis.
Honest and trustworthy.
Organizational skills, good typing and data entry skills.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills Professional, friendly, respectful and have a good attitude Pass background and drug tests.
Must be able to work an open 1st shift schedule early as 6:
00 AM and Flexible to work OT.
