Flexibility 8a-8p a must with some weekends.
Usual shifts are 8a-5p OR 11a-8p.
REQUIREMENTS:
All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the mission of the organization.
The Member services position is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of Patient and Customer satisfaction.
Under the direction of the Member Services Supervisor, the Member Services Representative acts as an advisor and processor for members.
A resource for all members to obtain assistance with concerns and complaints; acting as a liaison with patients, physicians, and Health Plans.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Up to 4 weeks of training provided! Bi-lingual is a MUST.
Large Chinese, Korean and Filipino customer base.
Minimum two years experience in Medical office/Health Plan environment and dealing with the public.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize assigned tasks to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
