We are currently seeking an Inventory Clerk for our Business Office in Cerritos, CA.
You will be responsible for receiving delivery shipments for new and used vehicles, posting and processing wholesale sales, coordinating accounting schedules, processing instant cash offer purchases, and ensuring all vehicles are updated in our databases.
Additionally, you will submit retail delivery registration to our manufacturers, and locate and carry out dealer trades.
For this position, you must have prior experience with inventory and accounting schedules in a dealership or similar setting.
You must also be computer savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with an ability to maintain a professional appearance and work ethic are ideal! The schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:
00 am - 4:
00 pm or 8:
00 am - 5:
00 pm.
