Grow brand awareness Drive sales leads for direct sales Support sells through with Insta's distributors REPORTING STRUCTURE Reports To:
Director of Sales & Marketing Direct Reports:
None PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Helps develop and implement robust marketing programs, including digital marketing, social media, partnerships, public relations and promotions.
Produce traditional marketing materials, such as product spec sheets, advertisements, new product introductions, etc.
Manage email marketing campaigns.
Develop engaging and effective content (web, newsletters, blogs, etc.
).
Update the website.
Organize and attend trade shows and thought leadership events.
Provides information and coordinates with our SEO and PPC outside contractors Provides troubleshooting and maintenance on web related issues with online ordering and custom transfer quotes.
Provide on-going best practice learnings and recommendations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
Experience with a marketing automation program such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp desired.
Strong marketing background with minimum of 2 or 3years of experience.
Core Competencies:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Proficient and skilled in graphic design (Adobe Suite).
Stage photo shoots/styling for on-line media.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, communicate effectively, and possess good analytical skills.
Creative thinking :
The ability to identify and implement new ways to increase awareness and drive sales.
Proactive and adaptable:
Comfortable working in a fast pace, high growth environment with shifting priorities Ownership and execution:
Hands on, with a results orientation and the ability to steward projects on time from concept to execution.
Effective verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
